Casa Montana is situated in Niedernsill, where it's quiet, but not tóo quiet! Niedernsill is a small, charming town on the river Salzach, which hasn't yet been overun by masstourism. It lies in a broad valley, surrounded by magnificent mountainranges: the Hohe Tauern on the one and the Pinzgauer Grassmountains on the other side. A perfect basecamp for all of your summer- and winteracitivities. From Niedernsill you easily reach many well knows skiresorts by car or skibus. And as our guest, you are exclusively granted access to 'El Dorado', our privately owned piece of nature in Zell am See, with a big pond, a great view of the Kitzsteinhorn and lots of sunshine!
