Arrival, departure en frontdoor key
Check in: between 15.00 and 22.00; check out: 10.00
We usually lock the front door at 22.00. After that, you will need your key to get into the house.
Breakfast
The breakfastbuffet is there for you to enjoy between 7.30 and 9.30.
NEW: halfboard in the winterseason 2010/2011! We offer you the possibility to enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner 'at home'! Only in the Christmas school vacation and from 29. January 'till 11. March 2011. Dinner costs EUR12,00 for an adult and EUR7,50 for a child (under 15 years).
Housekeeping
To spare the environment we don't change your towels every day. You get a clean set of towels at the beginning of your stay and once in the middle of the week. Ofcourse we honor requests for clean towels, but we will charge EUR3,50 for extra towelchanges. If you are renting an apartment, you are responsible for the in-between-cleaning. If you want us to clean the apartment for you, we'll charge you EUR10,- .
Smoking
Casa Montana is a no-smoking house. We don't mind however, if you light your sigarette on the terrace or your balcony, but please consider the other guests.
Resevation and (down)payment
The reservation is fix when accepted by e-mail from both sides. We ask for a downpayment of 50% of the total sum. The downpayment has to be in our bankaccount at least 6 weeks before arrival.
You can pay the rest of the sum cash or with a debit card with pin (Maestro). Drinks can only be paid for in cash.
Please take note of the Austrian Terms of Hotel Industry for (among others) the costs and terms of cancellation.
Directions
You reach Niedernsill easily and without a 'vignette'. From Munich you take the A8 and the A93 to Kufstein-Süd - than the B172 and later the B178 in the direction of St. Johann in Tirol - turn onto the B161 to Kitzbühel and cross Paß Thurn - than follow the B168 from Mittersill in the direction of Zell am See.
- when you arrive in Niedernsill you leave the roundabout at the first opportunity
- you cross the railroad and the bridge and follow the road up the hill. You pass the Tourist Information on your left.
- the road is called Dorfstraße here, and continues into the Zillerstraße. Casa Montana is the big building on your right, with the orange sign. You can't miss it, not even at night, when the building is beautifully lit and visible from the B168!
