Situated in Niedernsill
Casa Montana is situated in Niedernsill, exactly between the small towns of Zell am See and Mittersill. In wintertime you'll have a hard time deciding where to go; there are simply too many skiresorts to choose from: the Maiskogel and the glacier Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, the Areitbahn in Schüttdorf (Zell am See), the Weißseeglacier in Uttendorf, the fancy skiresort Kitzbühel, the Wildkogel Arena at Neukirchen or the famed Skicircus of Saalbach-Hinterglemm are just a few options. You reach all of the skiresorts easily by car. We recommend the purchase of the Salzburg Super Ski Card to enjoy them all.
Perfect for families: right behind the house lies the Niedernsiller Babylift. In Piesendorf you'll find the 'Fun Mountain' Nagelköpfel. Langlaufloipen and winterhikingtrails start practically in front of the house.
From Casa Montana it's only a 5 minute-walk up the mountain to reach the forest, where hikingtrails and nice views await you. When you like to (mountain)bike: the well known Tauern Radweg is close by. Also motorcyclists find a place to stay for themselves and their bikes.
The centre of Niedernsill with good restaurants and the very nice natural swimminglake are just a short walk away.
You park your car right in front of the house - for free.

Whether you come alone, with your whole family, your dogs or a group of friends: in Casa Montana you will find the room that fits your needs. Casa Montana can sleep up to 50 guests, divided over doublerooms, rooms for 3 to 6 persons, two apartments for 2 to 4 persons, one apartment for six and our special 'wellness-apartment' with private jacuzzi for six guests.

Cellarbar La Bodega
Stimulating music, a nice cold drink and fine company. For apres ski or a great evening out there is no need to leave the Casa. Play darts or the 'nagl'-game or just hang out.
If the weather isn't so great we help you through the day with tips for excursions, movies or gametournaments. A bonus: the drinks in La Bodega are a lot more affordable than in the fancy skiresorts!

For your dog

El Dorado in Zell am See
An oasis in the mountains: at a distance of 12 km lies our private 'garden of Eden' with a big pond. In summer El Dorado is a place of leisure: play with the dogs, take a swim in the inflatable pool, play a match of badminton or just laze around in a hammock. During the winter we mainly use El Dorado as a big playground for the dogs. And after a nightly snowshoehike on the adjacent golfcourse you've really earned your Glühwein at the campfire.
